Purchase it from MPT.

Supplies
Tubes of choice
Scrap of choice.
Iâ€m using one called Bad Girls
Which can be found at
Digital Chaos

1) Open a 600x600 white image.
Open the 2 frames you want to use.
Resize by 80% & paste as new layers.
Position as wanted. On the second
Smaller frame I resized it by 50% but its
Your choice.

2) On your bigger frame,
Click inside the white area with magic wand
& modify expand 3.
Paste a scrap paper of choice
Selections invert & press delete.
Select none & move under the frame.

3) Select the inside areas of the smaller frame.
Paste paper & repeat as above.
Do not select none.
Move the paper under the frame.
Paste your first tube as a new layer
& position in the frame.
Press delete. Repeat again.
Once happy select none.

4) Paste your main tube as new layer.
Add a drop shadow 2,2,50,5 black.
Open elements of choice.
Resize by 50% & position on the tag as wanted.
Make sure to add the drop shadow.
5) Open the plaque & resize by 75%.
position near the top. Make sure your
Tube is in front of it.
Add a drop shadow to the plaque.

6) Merge visible all layers &
Add copyright info & name.
Resize the tag 80%.
Save as jpeg.
