Supplies
Tube of choice
Scrap of choice
Iâ€m using one called
Mend my broken heart
Which can be found at Digital Chaos.
Plugin:
VM Extravaganza–radial
Transmission -optional

1) Open a 600x600 white image.
Paste a frame of choice from kit
as new layer.

2) Take your magic wand and while
Holding shift down select the
Inside the frame.
Selections modify
Expand by 2
Paste paper of choice
Selections invert & delete.
Select none.

3) Paste tube of choice as top layer.
Position as wanted.
Open one of the stitched hearts
& resize by 50%.
Position as wanted on the tag.
Open another & resize
40%. Move under the other heart.

4)Drop shadow both the hearts
& the frame
1,1,50,5 black
Open a wordart & resize 70%.
Position as wanted on the tag.
Be sure to add the drop shadow.

4) Open a button of choice
Resize by 50% once &
By 70% once.
I positioned mine below the hearts.
Add a drop shadow.

5) On the frame & paper layer,
Duplicate it.
On the top copy frame layer, go to
VM Extravaganza–radial transmission.
Use default settings.
This is optional. I just like how
It looked on my tag but is up you.

6) Resize all layers 82%
& merge visible.
Add copyright info & name.
